Stuart brings more than 25 years of speaking and presentation experience from a diverse range of settings.

He has a passion for making the complex easy to understand. Very much a 'people person' Stuart is passionate about helping others learn, at their own pace and in their own way. He adds flavour and colour from his diverse life experience: the pharmaceutical industry, academia, education, music and martial arts! His style is relaxed and professional. Never short of an anecdote, Stuart makes learning a fun and easy experience.

Stuart has given talks and presentations in a wide-range of formal and informal settings. It is this breadth of experience that gives him his great flexibility, unusually keen awareness for the diversity of presentation styles and humility whilst helping others to learn. Stuart is a registered STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) Science Ambassador for schools where he frequently gives talks and workshops on subjects ranging from pain, to clinical trials, to reptiles and minibeasts, to drumming and the science of sound, to careers.

Stuart is the first to admit that a strong CV on paper does not necessarily mean a strong CV in practice. A tree is nothing without the fruit it bears and Stuart's track record bears testimony to his success: where he presented, he was in popular, repeat demand. On a number of occasions he successfully transformed potentially hostile audiences into allies who invited him back, repeatedly.

He is never afraid to say, "I don't know" but will always follow up unanswered questions with a thorough and well-researched answer.
